Pimento is a UK-based SaaS platform transforming how e-commerce brands and 3PLs manage their fulfillment. With powerful automation, real-time integrations, and a modern interface, Pimento helps businesses ship faster, reduce errors, and scale operations with ease.
Pimento approached us to help define their brand identity, from tone of voice and user personas to visual direction and marketing assets. The goal was to create a brand that reflects the product’s efficiency, scalability, and tech-forward positioning, while resonating with its core audience: warehouse operators, 3PLs, and scaling e-commerce brands.
We developed a full brand guideline system, including tone of voice rooted in the competence framework, three detailed personas and a flexible visual identity. This included logo mark exploration, colour palette systems, typography pairings, and motion-inspired visual motifs that reflect seamless logistics. We also created ad copy, carousels, landing page content, and product messaging to support launch and growth.
The new brand system helped Pimento confidently present itself as a modern, intelligent, and accessible logistics solution. Clients resonated deeply with the personas and visual direction, and the internal team now has a consistent foundation to guide product design, marketing, and communications. The result is a brand that feels as seamless and intuitive as the software it powers.
